Great Basin Hall was constructed to keep up with the increasing demand for on-campus student housing. The hall provides an environment tailored to STEM - science, technology, engineering and mathematics -focusedstudents. Great Basin Hall is designed to house 400 students, 90 percent freshmen and 10 percent upperclassmen.
CFA teamed with Van Woert Bigotti Architects, PK Electrical, Shields Engineering and BlackEagle Consulting and provided construction survey, civil engineering and landscape architecture services. The project received LEED Gold Certification.Great Basin Hall opened to students for the Fall semester of 2018.
