CFA provided land surveying, mapping, civil design and construction support services for the development of a new 1,400 SF modular classroom with the Reno-Sparks Indian Colony (RSIC). Improvements included the modular classroom, sewer & water connections, site grading and sidewalk improvements, as well as telecom installations to the classroom and five (5)surrounding structures. The work was completed on schedule and within budget.

This project required close coordination with the RSIC, the contractor and CFA’s subconsultants forcreative design solutions for unexpected field conditions and overall cost savings.
