Troy is a remote sensing technician in the CFA survey department.  He specializes in UAS aerial surveying & mapping as well as 3D laser scanning. He is responsible for collecting remote sensing data used in developing topographical maps utilizing both fixed and rotor wing UAS.  He also creates project plans and control networks for intricate 3D modeling projects. Troy holds specialized knowledge of the different hardware and software used in the collection of remote sensing data which is the science of measuring an object without touching it. He graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Public Management from Plymouth State University, New Hampshire in 2004. Troy has traveled the world extensively and in his free time can be found in the mountains.
