Kathleen Meyer, P.E.

Engineer Manager

Kathleen is a registered civil design engineer/project manager with experience in large, multi-component, mixed-use subdivisions, as well as various industrial and commercial projects. She has designed and managed projects for many different municipalities throughout Northern Nevada, Ventura and Los Angeles County, including some federal projects. Mrs. Meyer is a licensed professional engineer in Nevada, California and Texas.  Not only does she implement the design and permitting standards for each of the agencies, she has developed relationships with agency personnel. Her projects require advanced skills in problem solving with complicated grading, street, sewer and storm drain design. She is proficient in numerous civil design computer applications and constantly updates her skills through continuing education.

As Engineering Manager, some of her rolls include preparing proposals, supervising the work of all levels of her engineering staff from Senior Engineers to interns, planning and executing strategies for completing projects on time and within budget, as well as working on training and talent development of her staff.

In addition to engineering, some of Kathleen’s other interests include officiating high school and collegiate basketball, as well as hiking/backpacking and entertaining.  After relocating from Southern California to be closer to her family, she also enjoys spending time watching her niece and nephew participating in local athletics and enjoying many more family dinners.
