CFA, Inc. is a Northern Nevada Land Surveying, Civil Engineering and Land Use Planning firm that has been in business since 1981. We have an immediate opening for a Survey Manager to lead our firm’s Land Surveying department. This position requires a combination of technical and management expertise, reports directly to the President of the company and will be responsible for managing day-to-day responsibilities and profitability of the Land Survey department.
Management responsibilities include, but not limited to: proposal and SOQ/RFQ writing, budget tracking, preparation of monthly department revenue projections, hiring, employee performance evaluations, disciplinary actions, and terminations. In addition to management responsibilities the Survey Manager will be responsible for: work generation, marketing, client relations, project management, mentoring, training and maximizing efficiencies through establishment of proper processes and procedures.
The ideal qualified candidate will have the following skills and experience:
$115,000 to $135,000 per year depending on experience and qualifications.
