Patrick E. Fritchel, P.E.
Director of Engineering
Mr. Fritchel has over 26 years of experience in the
civil engineering, hydrology, and construction management fields. As the Director of the Civil Engineering Department, he is responsible for the successful completion of all engineering projects. It is his responsibility to assure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and accuracy standards. Specific
areas of expertise include stormwater hydrology,
open-channel hydraulics, water and sewer distribution design, site development, and roadway design. He is proficient with several hydrologic and water resource computer models. His varied background
in design and construction management provides him with the knowledge
and the skill needed to ensure that client objectives are met while
ensuring that the highest possible engineering standards are upheld
in every project.
Mr. Fritchel obtained his Bachelor of Science in Civil
Engineering and a Master of Science in Hydrology from the University
of Nevada, Reno. He holds professional engineering licenses in both
Nevada and California.
