Shaun Smith Obtains LEED Accreditation.
Shaun Smith, P.E., has obtained his professional accreditation in Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) from the U.S. Green Building Council. Shaun joins a small group of northern Nevada civil engineers with this accreditation. Shaun is the Director of CFA's Civil Engineering Department.

Shaun joined CFA in 2001. He is a licensed Professional Engineer in Nevada and California, with more than 11 years of experience in civil design. He holds a bachelor of science in engineering from the University of Montana, Montana Tech. Shaun has worked on various projects including the St. Mary’s Downtown Campus, Incline Elementary School, Cold Springs Middle School, RTC Transit Centers in Reno and Sparks, and the Vista Business Center.
