CFA a finalist in the Best Places To Work contest
CFA was recognized as a finalist for the “Greater Reno-Tahoe Best Places to Work” award at an awards luncheon held by the Economic Development Authority of Western Nevada on April 24th. CFA was among 27 finalists in the small business category (15 to 50 employees). Scoring for the award was done through an online market research company where employees completed online surveys relating to their workplace environment. The anonymous surveys focused on ten criteria of a satisfying working environment, including team effectiveness, trust with coworkers, manager effectiveness, feeling valued, and people practices. Scores from the surveys were then tallied to determine the finalists and winners. A total of 126 companies were nominated for the award with 49 companies in three categories recognized as finalists. CFA is very proud to have been a finalist for this award as this accomplishment acknowledges the strong confidence our employees have in us.
